The Pangasinan 69kV transformer project involves design, supply, testing and trial operation.
【Project Overview 】
To meet the rapidly increasing load demand in the Pangasinan region, we provided a complete solution of 69KV level transformers for them. The project began with an in-depth analysis of the power grid. The transformers we designed specifically took into account the local humid and hot climate as well as possible seismic activities, enhancing their moisture-proof and earthquake-resistant capabilities.
The equipment underwent on-site witnessing tests by the client's representatives before leaving the factory. After delivery, our technical team provided detailed installation plans and on-site commissioning support, achieving the successful one-time power supply of the transformers. This project not only solved the local power supply bottleneck but also the low-loss characteristics of the transformers brought long-term economic benefits to the operator.
After replacing the energy-saving transformer, the factory's average monthly electricity consumption has dropped by about 15%. The no-load loss and load loss are significantly lower than the national standard. The electricity bill saved by long-term use is close to the equipment purchase cost, and the cost-effectiveness is outstanding.
